Flexibility
We understand that people are busy. Traveling ridiculous distances to our offices sometimes isn’t practical. We offer various interviewing alternatives to the conventional, “you must come to my office” approach; after-work meetings, we come to you, Skype etc.
We work together
We will listen to your requirements and ascertain what you are looking for in your next sales role.
We will decide together what the next course of action is and how we can help you secure the right role.

Searching for the right role
Our team of consultants work closely together, although you will have one point of contact. Our business developers will be aware of your skillset and will proactively search on your behalf.
We have an extensive client base that is always looking for talented individuals.
Preparation
We will make sure you are fully prepared and have in-depth knowledge of the company, job role and their expectations of you. This might seem a little over the top, but our ratio of interview to placement is 1 in 3, you won't be going on the interview unless you’ve got a good chance, we won't waste your time or ours!
The Interview
We will keep you up-to-date and give you the appropriate feedback.
The Offer
Once you have been offered the role, we can accept the offer on your behalf, arrange contract details to be sent out, advise you on resigning, negotiation of salary, start dates and any other issues.
It doesn't stop there
We want to make sure you're happy in your role, we will keep in touch with you.
Hopefully after you have used us as a candidate you will use us as a client one day!
